The Operations Associate will contribute to all aspects of our Headfirst Summer Camps line of business, with primary responsibilities in facility operations, logistics, materials management, and event preparation. In addition, this role includes managing licensing and compliance requirements and supporting the Headfirst Summer Camps management team in maintaining relationships with key vendors and facilities. This role is year-round and based at the Washington, D.C. headquarters office of The Headfirst Companies but will be also involve travel to our distribution center in Silver Spring, MD and executing quality assurance measures at our camp locations in the DC-area, in June, July, and August.

This individual will combine the emotional intelligence necessary to excel in mission-driven youth development with the business acumen critical to leading a program on the precipice of rapid growth.
An Education Department Curriculum Writer is a contract position for The Headfirst Companies. As a contract curriculum writer, you will write one week (or more— dependent on your availability) as part of the Headfirst library of curricula. We are seeking Curriculum Writers for the following programs:
- Rising K and 1st Grade
- Rising 2nd and 3rd Grade
- Rising 4th-6th Grade
Jr Day and Day (combined):
- Junior Day: Pre-K and Younger
- Day: Rising Kindergarten to Rising 1st Grade

The Headfirst Companies Product Marketing Manager will work as a full-time corporate employee in the Washington, D.C. headquarters office of The Headfirst Companies. This Manager's responsibilities span all aspects of multiple business units (Summer Camps, Professional Camps & Honor Roll Showcase) including, but not limited to, strategic marketing planning and execution, campaign development and implementation, P&L management, customer experience focus, on-site operations and sales and business development initiatives. Our Product Marketing Manager must possess exceptional marketing knowledge, strong customer service skills and be able to communicate both on a proactive and reactive basis with camp families, potential customers, and third-party affiliates. In addition, the Manager must be a proactive and creative problem solver with a proven track record of marketing campaign success. With a preferred athletic and youth experience passion and/or background and emotional intelligence to guarantee market credibility, the candidate must possess the business acumen and attention to detail to execute against high standards to ensure continued operational excellence.
