The KI Concerts division of Headfirst Companies is seeking a data-driven marketer to join our growing team during a time of innovation and growth for the business, which produces international performance tours for musical ensembles.
The KI Concerts Marketing Associate will play an integral role on the marketing team at Headfirst Companies. This individual will work as a full-time employee in the Washington, D.C. headquarters office of Headfirst Companies, with potential intermittent travel to KI Concerts divisional HQ in Colorado Springs, CO. This role will work across all aspects of the KI Concerts divisional business, including, but not limited to, marketing campaign execution, database management, reporting and analytics, content development, and project management. The ideal KI Concerts Marketing Associate is driven by equal parts creativity, growth, and data, and possess outstanding communications skills. The Marketing Associate must be a phenomenal problem solver and should be motivated by the growth opportunities in front of them. Success in this role will be achieved by taking initiative, bringing new ideas to the table, paying close attention to detail, and having strong business acumen.
The Digital Media Intern, KI Concerts works to support and elevate the digital footprint of the KI Concerts brand through creative content across channels. This position is part-time and primarily remote, with the expectation to start in-person for 2-3 days of training.
The Digital Media Intern for KI Concerts will showcase singers and instrumental musicians of all ages performing around the world across KI Concerts media channels using photos, video, copywriting, and other forms of media content. Daily social media posts and weekly blog posts will be used as lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement tools. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the attention to detail necessary to create exceptional work product representative of the Headfirst Companies’ brand.
Supervisor: Marketing Manager, KI Concerts
Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, from May 1 to August 30 (flexible)
- 2-3 days of initial training will be scheduled for in-person at either the Headfirst Headquarters in Washington, DC or the KI Concerts Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts for KI Concerts channels using Sprout platform and leveraging photos, creative, and video with the expectation of 3-5 posts per week at minimum.
- Write and publish at least 1 blog post bi-weekly for the KI Concerts blog while developing strategic skills like SEO, inbound lead generation, and account-based marketing tactics through content.
- Run and analyze social media and blog metrics and present findings to internal key stakeholders.
The Intern: Marketing, Customer Experience & Communications will work at the Headfirst Companies Headquarters in Northwest D.C. You will serve as a Headfirst Companies Brand Ambassador for our customers through phone, email, and in-person communication. Responsibilities for this role will include handling camper enrollment inquiries, as well as responding to parent questions, requests, and concerns through elite customer experience. You will work with leadership on-site and at our Headquarters to ensure customer needs and requests are met, owning the entire process from initiation to completion. You are an ambassador for the Headfirst Summer Camps and Headfirst Professional Sports Camps - Customer Experience team, dedicated to bringing our brand to life by delivering only the highest level of customer experience. The Intern: Marketing, Customer Experience & Communications is a dynamic communicator and proactive problem solver, knowing that maximizing our camper experience is at the heart of what we do.
The Headfirst Companies Manager, Marketing - Summer & Professional Sports Camps will work as a full-time corporate employee in the Washington, D.C. headquarters office of the Headfirst Companies. This Manager's responsibilities span all marketing aspects of multiple business units (Summer Camps & Professional Sports Camps) including, but not limited to, strategic marketing planning and execution, campaign development and implementation, marketing budget management, sales and business development initiatives and management of associate and/or senior associate-level direct report(s).
